A locally informed recovery effort built through trusted relationships.
Catastrophic flooding and debris flows have devastated communities along Nepal’s Trishuli River, damaging homes, roads, businesses and essential local infrastructure.
Waterborne Relief is developing an active partnership with a Nepalese nonprofit organization to facilitate government approval, local coordination and accountable implementation of a defined rebuilding project. Waterborne Relief will retain control of all campaign funds and authorize expenditures only for verified, approved charitable project costs.
The initial project identified for due diligence is the restoration of flood-damaged infrastructure connected to the Royal Beach Camp outdoor education program. Founded in 2006, the program provides Nepali youth with technical outdoor skills, safety training, leadership development, recognized qualifications and pathways into guiding, expedition leadership and sustainable outdoor employment.
Our Nepal recovery campaign has launched, and we are beginning to raise funds while developing the project scope, budget and local partnerships. Required approvals and project details will be confirmed before funds are committed to rebuilding work. Waterborne Relief will share updates as the effort progresses and report how contributions are used.

HELP NEPAL RECOVER
AND REBUILD
Waterborne Relief is working with trusted Nepalese organizations and community partners to identify and verify humanitarian, recovery, rebuilding, education, livelihood and public-safety projects benefiting flood-affected communities.
Waterborne Relief will retain control of donated funds. Projects will be reviewed for charitable benefit, partner capability, budget, required approvals and implementation plans before funds are released. Disbursements will be tied to approved expenses, documentation, receipts and project reporting.
